Library

UNY and Faculty library has 11.670 books, 2350 journals, 3060 thesis/dissertation, and also several magazined and newpapers. The number of the book is always increasing since the alumni and other exchange give their contibutions by donating new books, including the students who join Sandwich program. In addition, these libraries are also linked with UGM Library and Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga (UIN Sunan Kalijaga) in order to help the students in finding the books that they need. The faculty library also provides Proquest in order to help the students in searching international journals.

Digital Library

In order to improve the  service quality, UNY develops its website as one of the media to approach the global community. The website can be accessed on ://library.pps.uny.ac.id. Therefore, the students can access both journals and books anytime and anywhere. In addition, the students can access ProQuest (http://www.proquest.com/pqdweb), EBSCO (http://search.ebscohost.com) and Gale (http://infotrac.galegroup.com) , as the e-journals used by DIKTI. For the incoming years, the library staffs also develop thecollections of thesis, dissertations, and other e-books that can be accessed fully by using the library LAN.

Computers and Internet Laboratories

In order to support the academic activities, Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta also have several appropriate computer laboratories. Most of the computers provide internet access, in order to help the students in searchig any information. In addition, it does not take much costs.

Multimedia Room

The learning room in Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta provides several learning meadia that are appriate with the students' needs. In addition, Air Conditioner is provided in each room, in order to make the students and the lecturers comfortable in the learning process.

Language Center

Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta is an institution that pays attention with students' English skills . Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta has a language service  or center unit that helps students who have difficulty in understanding English, especially in writing thesis / dissertation abstracts. Even though it does not handle it directly, this unit helps students to get a TOEFL certificate. iI order toimprove the English language skills of Graduate School managers, the language service unit also regularly organizes a journal club.

Other Facilities

The students of Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta can utilize the facilities owned by UNY such as Puskom, polyclinic, sports and fitness facilities, hotspot facilities, etc.
